Vaccination Policy:

CANINE Proof of DHLP-CPV [also known as Max 5 -Distemper, Hepatitis, Leptospirosis, Parainfluenza, and Parvo disease] within the last year or titers AND Nasal Bordetella within the last year. 

FELINE  Proof of FVRCP-P within 3 years or proof of titers.  AND within six months: bivalent upper respiratory intranasal vaccine. 

Additionally, if kitty was a stray: Proof of Feline Leukemia (FELV) /FIV vaccine within the last year or proof of negative Feline Leukemia/FIV test within the past year.

Flea Control:

Dogs: Frontline+, Vectra 3D, ProMeris or Advantix only given within the last 30 days and on a 30 day cycle when here. 

Cats: Frontline, Advantage, ProMeris or Revolution given within the last 30 days and on a 30 day cycle when here.
